Gentle

  • For first timers or practitioners who enjoy gentler movenemnts or easier poses.

Beginners

  • For first timers and beginners. Classes are designed to increase flexibility, strength and raise awareness of the connection between mind, body and breath.

General

  • One level above the beginners class, designed for practitioners with prior yoga experience who wish to increase skills

Intermediate

  • A level for those with several years of yoga experience. Flexibility and strength are required for this class.

Rumah Yoga offers a range of yoga styles in various levels, from gentle to intermediate. Please refer to the class descriptions to find the one that is right for you.

*Special classes are available for a limited period Pre booking is a must for all classes. 2 weeks advanced booking is required.

Private group yoga classes are also available (at least 8 and no more than 12 people per class).
